Can I buy Mazzoni furniture directly from the manufacturer?

Yes. As the manufacturer, we serve both individual customers (B2C) and business clients (B2B).

Retail purchases can be made through our sales partners or via our official distributor, the online store  – przyjemnoscmeblowania.pl.

Does Mazzoni have its own furniture showroom?

We’re about to open our first official showroom in Wrocław (DOMAR Gallery), where you’ll be able to see and test selected furniture models.

What is the order processing time?

Thanks to our large central warehouse, many products are constantly available, which significantly shortens delivery time.

However, delivery time may vary depending on the specific model – it’s always worth checking the product page or contacting the store directly.

For in-stock items, standard delivery time is up to 5 business days.

Does Mazzoni furniture require assembly?

Most of our furniture is delivered in a self-assembly version. Each set includes clear instructions, and no special tools are required.

Some models come factory-assembled or partially pre-assembled.

Can I return a product if it doesn’t meet my expectations?

Yes, under consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging. See the store’s return policy for full details.

How can I file a complaint?

Complaints are handled by the customer service department of the store where the purchase was made.

Can I order furniture in a different color than shown in the photos?

Our collections are available in carefully curated color variants designed to form cohesive sets. We currently do not offer color customization for individual customers.

Can I purchase a table or coffee table together with the chairs shown in the photo?

Most chairs shown in product photos are part of our current offer. However, some models may have been discontinued. Please inquire about the availability of specific products before placing your order.
